As another incredible school year comes to a close at Summit Christian Academy, we are grateful for all God has done in the lives of our students. This year was a beautiful reminder of our mission: partnering with families to empower students to impact the world for Jesus Christ.
Throughout the year, our students excelled academically, creatively, athletically, and spiritually. We celebrated a 7th grade student placing 5th in the ACSI International Math Competition, state-level athletic accomplishments, amazing fine arts performances, and an annual Art Show featuring student work from Pre-K through 12th grade. Along with these accomplishments, our worship team represented SCA at the Cedar Park National Day of Prayer event, continuing a 21-year school tradition.
Our classrooms were filled with hands-on learning experiences. Middle school science students learned about creation through projects like the new BirdBuddy smart feeder, and science classes across all grade levels learned through our school Weather Station, tending to the school gardens, installing solar panels, and more.
This year also brought sweet moments of community. SCA families gathered for Christmas and Spring concerts, Volleyball Homecoming weekend, Cornhole Tournament Night, and other school traditions that make SCA feel like home. Our teachers poured into students daily, and our volunteers served in countless ways, from lunch duty and tutoring to discipleship groups and classroom support.
At SCA, we believe success is not measured only by achievements, but by students becoming excited about who they were made to be in Christ. We are thankful that SCA continues to be a place where students are known, challenged, and empowered to make an eternal impact.
Thank you for trusting Summit Christian Academy with your family this year. It has been an honor to partner with you, and we look forward to all God has in store for the year ahead!
