Summit teachers put together recommended (and in some cases required) summer reading lists each May so that students have the opportunity to maintain reading abilities. The lists are for the grade level a student will enter in August.

Students taking an advanced English or the dual credit composition class for the 2024-2025 school year are expected to read and complete an assignment prior to the start of school.
