“I enjoy letting a student know that I *see* him or her each time I ask specific questions that show that I’m interested in learning more about their interests or having intentional conversations about their interests and seeing the joy on their faces as they share something that brings them joy. They love knowing that someone is listening to them and genuinely cares about them.
Everything gets filtered through my Christian worldview. Whether it’s science, history, writing, language arts, or math, God’s perfect creation is evident. When we choose to ignore or go against God’s wiring of this world, things are out of balance. When we are aligned with Him, there is balance and peace. It’s just that simple.”
