Following this he and his wife Brittany moved to the small town of Bertram northwest of Austin. Here Ben began his fine art company, creating and selling Hill Country- themed landscape and wildlife oil paintings. Through this work he also further developed his skill as a photographer and designer, using both disciplines in the promotion and enrichment of his work. Feeling a leading to tie together his love of art and design with the desire to guide and pour into others’ lives, he began his teacher certification process in. This summer God opened the door for Ben to begin a new career at Summit where he currently is teaching 1st grade through AP High School art classes.
