This week, Summit Christian Academy’s 4th and 5th grade students kicked off their morning Bible study groups. Led by teachers who are deeply invested in students’ spiritual growth, these are a space for our students’ hearts to be encouraged and equipped in their walk with the Lord.
Each week, groups meet before school in the campus library. Ms. Varnier and Mrs. Trotter are leading the 5th grade girls on Mondays, Coach Jay is leading the 4th and 5th grade boys on Wednesdays, and Mrs. V is leading the 4th grade girls on Thursdays. These leaders are more than teachers. They are mentors, modeling faith and guiding students as they learn what it means to live out God’s Word.
At Summit, education goes beyond academics. We are committed to partnering with parents and churches to lay a strong Biblical foundation for our students. By encouraging them to be in the Word daily, worship often, and write scripture on their hearts, we prepare them to leave Summit not only academically strong, but also spiritually grounded, bold and confident in their faith and identity in Christ.
