Admissions Process

Apply To SCA

Our admissions staff is ready and available to help you explore SCA, tour, apply, enroll and start your first day of school. After looking over the website, we invite you to:

1. Schedule A Tour: we will show you around campus and tell you about programs specific to your grade of interest.
2. Apply For Enrollment: Application involves establishing an online account and submitting a $225 non-refundable application fee. Upon submission, our registrar will:

• • Schedule testing for your student
  • Schedule a parent/guardian meeting with our Business Manager regarding tuition and fees
  • Schedule an interview for the student and parents, if the student is applying for high school
  • Gather current and prior report cards
  • Receive recommendations (which are submitted digitally through the application process)
  • Receive other records from the previous school

Acceptance To SCA

An enrollment committee reviews completed applications each Thursday. An administrator will inform applicants of their acceptance following the meeting.

Upon acceptance, our registrar will send you the final enrollment packet, which requires a birth certificate, immunization records, student medical history, and a signed financial agreement.

International Students

International students are regularly admitted to SCA. If you are an international student interested in our school, please visit our International Student Page to learn more about the application process, tuition and fees.

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission to our school. Each applicant’s file is reviewed and evaluated with our admissions team before an enrollment offer is extended.
