Ms. Rae has 30 years experience teaching. She was an assistant director of a preschool before coming to Summit and has experience teaching:

- Spanish
- Bible
- Theatre
Ms. Rae also holds a certificate in Christian Counseling from the American Association of Christian Counselors with a focus on Women’s Christian Life Coaching.
“I am a Bible teacher, worship leader and author. My hobbies are DIY furniture refinishing, baking, kayaking and paddle boarding.
Everything I teach, I weave the Word into the discussion. I approach teaching my class in the same manner with which I raised my 2 teenage boys, one of which started his freshman year in college focusing on becoming a Pastor of Worship Ministry through Southeastern. Why I love teaching PreK so much is that, I believe I am helping to lay the foundation of all students will build their life on; teaching them to see everything through the lens of the Word of God.”
Fun Fact: Ms. Rae is a former NYC paramedic and naval aerospace medical technician.
