The Talons Program |

Summit now has two ways to attend school, the Full-Time program and the Talons Program.
Students enrolled in the Talons Program receive professional classroom instruction from qualified faculty on the school campus three to five days a week. Classes are offered on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday or a Tuesday/Thursday/Friday schedule. Those enrolled in the Talons Program enjoy:
| Schedule flexibility during days when not at school |
| A fully planned academic year including school start, holidays and vacation periods, achievement testing, etc. |
| Excellent school facilities including science lab, computer lab, library, gym, etc. |
| Orientation and support for parents and students prior to school |
| Access to online homework assignments, grade book, report cards, transcripts |
| Biblically-based, biblically-integrated, college-prep curriculum |
| For those enrolled in at least 4 core courses, access to all athletic programs, including boys football, girls volleyball, girls and boys basketball, boys baseball, girls and boys track, and girls and boys cross country |
| Access to Impact Education trips |
| Preference in re-enrollment in the Talons Program and the Full-Time Program options |
Students may earn diplomas by fulfilling the following requirements:
| Declare your intent to graduate upon entering the program |
| Meet Summits graduation requirements through transfer credits and Summit credits |
| Establish residency by enrollment in the Full-Time Program for the junior and senior years |
| Must earn a distinguished diploma in order to be a candidate for valedictorian or salutatorian |
Acceptable transfer credits:
| Credits from an accredited institution |
| Dual credits from colleges |
| Homeschool credits with the approval of the Principal and for a fee ($100 per course with a $300 maximum upon enrollment; $150 a course thereafter) |
