Letter from our Booster Club President:
In preparation for the upcoming school year, the Booster Club will soon begin our initial planning process to support our 2008 - 2009 athletic programs. We've already "kicked off" one very important function that we would like to extend to all members of our Summit family. We invite you to begin Prayer Walking at one of our campuses. Several families are meeting on Wednesday nights at 7:00 to prayer walk at the Cedar Park campus. This is an important time to lift up our school, students, faculty and staff and ask God to bless this ministry.
It would be wonderful to have groups walking the campus every night, so if Wednesday evening is not convenient, please find a time that works for you and commit to regular prayer for our school.
Here is a list of intercessory prayer requests you may want to include in your walk:
1. Pray that God would "raise up" strong Christian student leadership in our student body
2. God's protection over our campus, faculty,staff, and student body
3. Wisdom for our administration and board as they make decisions about the future of our school
4. God would "grow" a strong, healthy partnership between the staff and parents of our students
5. God would continue to provide for our every need
6. God would energize teachers with new and creative ideas to enhance and motivate learning
7. God would work in the hearts of our students to desire excellence and Christian character
8. God would enable teachers to show His love daily to students
9. God would continue to empower our Mission Impact program through Mrs. Lambert
10. That God would provide opportunities for our students to put their faith into practice
11. That God would protect our athletes and use our athletic programs to honor Him

| Who We Are: |
| Our goal is to rally parents and the community in support of the athletes at Summit Christian Academy, at all levels of play. We provide a portion of the total athletic budget annually and assist financially with purchases for the athletic programs throughout the year. |

| The purpose of this organization shall be to promote a spirit of goodwill and fellowship among parents, participants, faculty, and school administrators. It will promote and encourage the athletes, objectives and athletic programs of Summit Christian Academy. |
